Our tireless focus on customer service began when the Dominick Falcone Agency, Inc was started on Dominick Falcone Sr.’s Ash Street home in Syracuse. Dominick Sr.’s sons Dominick Jr. and Anthony eventually took over the agency. The agency grew steadily, and moved to a larger office building on North Salina Street where it remained for forty-three years.

In 1982 the family legacy continued as the third generation; Dominick III and Joseph D Falcone took control of the agency, and moved the agency to its current location on Lodi Street in Syracus.

In 2000 a partner company, Falcone Squairs Marshall Financial Services, Inc., was formed to provide more dedicated attention to our customers’ needs for individual life and individual disability. Led by Dominick Falcone III, Joseph Falcone and Andrew Marshall, the addition of Falcone Squairs Marshall Financial Services, Inc. provides a full service solution to our customer’s personal insurance needs.
